The basis of Trampoliné Fitness™  is a combination of fast and slow jumps, variations of traditional aerobic steps, dynamic sprints and ”power sports” elements. The complexity of the exercises guarantees that one’s whole body will be strengthened.

This exercise is three times more effective than jogging. This is due to the constant gravitational changes, which involve more than 400 muscles being tightened and relaxed at the same time. Far more than is the case with most other types of endurance sports.

Trampoliné Fitness™ is a high-energy, low-impact workout that combines the principles of anti-gravity movement with cardio and muscle toning on a hexagonal, studio-sized rebounder. This unique exercise uses the trampoline’s bouncy surface to increase heart rate and provide a full-body workout, leveraging the physics of rebounding. The resistance created by the trampoline’s bounce supports high-intensity exercises that elevate cardiovascular health, burn calories, and improve aerobic capacity. Additionally, the aerodynamic forces of jumping against gravity create a resistance effect that effectively tones muscles, particularly in the core, glutes, and legs.
